I have a software problem

Update your Simendo software to the latest version.

Important note: You can only update if you are connected online and have a valid license.

My Simendo devices are not working properly

Press ‘S’ before starting an exercises (when you see the instruments with the yellow bar on your screen).

Pressing ‘S’ will reset all values in the software and swap the instruments. Press S two times to swap back to the original position.

I have a problem with my online account?

Check if you are linked to a hospital. If not, please ask the PIN of the hospital and connect.

I need remote support

This section helps you to setup the remote support client. Before we can access your computer you have to download and run the remote client. Once started the remote client will automatically connect to our host. When you see the numbers appear in the client we will send out a request for remote access, you can then click allow access.

My license is not valid

Update your Simendo software to the latest version.

If you are working in offline mode and you have a valid license, connect online and login. Your offline license will now be synced.
