Voorwaarden Simendo workshop

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all participants in the Simendo workshop. By registering, the participant declares that they agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Location, date, and times
The workshop will take place at Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen.
The morning workshop starts at 9am and ends at 12.20pm
The midday workshop starts at 1.30pm and ends at 5pm
Participants are requested to arrive on time.

3. Workshop content
The following components are included in participation:

● Professional guidance during the workshop
● Access to the pre-selected simulator (as indicated on the registration form)
● Access to all modules within the selected simulator
● A personal simulator for each participant during the workshop
● The opportunity to obtain one or more certificates on (one of) the simulator(s)

4. Number of participants
Each workshop has a maximum of 10 participants per workshop.
Placement is based on order of registration, after receipt of payment.

5. Costs and payment
The participation fee is €225 per person, including VAT.
The invoice must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of the workshop.
If payment is not received on time, Simendo reserves the right to cancel the registration or refuse participation, without the participant being entitled to attend.
Any costs arising from this will be borne by the participant.

6. Cancellation and refund
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@simendo.eu. The cancellation is valid only after you have received a confirmation of receipt from us.

The following conditions apply:

● Up to 30 days before the start of the workshop: 100% refund of the invoiced amount
● Up to 21 days before the start of the workshop: 50% refund of the invoiced amount
● Within 21 days before the start: no refund possible

7. Cancellation by Simendo
Simendo reserves the right to cancel the workshop, for example in the event of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by Simendo, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
In this case, the participant is not entitled to any additional compensation.

8. Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the workshop location.
Any travel costs are not included.

9. Liability
Participation in the workshop is at the participant’s own risk.
Simendo is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
